The partners, Robert E. Hartman, Aaron H. Moultrup started the company together in 2004. Bradley Jacobs, Jr. and Matthew Manzer have just recently joined ACP as minority owners. They all have a combination of 80 years of experience in the construction industry.

Bradley S. Jacobs Jr.
Brad is a 3rd generation mason. Brad worked alongside his father and brother in the family business, Brad Jacobs & Sons Masonry, until 2004. At that time, he turned his focus to decorative concrete applications through his own business, Artistry in Concrete. Brad ran this company for ten years before joining ACP. He is now a minority owner in the business and focuses on production as well as job site and personnel management.
